Role Description
Think Future Technologies (TFT) is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team for our international markets in Europe/US/Dubai amongst a few. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Especially for our product portfolio (AutomationTwin, CloudifyTests, Selfbest, SimplifyPath and many more) in international markets. Get exposure to a medley of technology use-cases on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement targeted lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers by effectively communicating TFT's value proposition and solutions.
- Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase TFT's capabilities.
- Participate in industry events and network to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Find product growth opportunities
- Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in generating leads for the IT/software sector(Required)
- MBA degree with a focus in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field from a Premium college(Preferred)
- Undergrad in IT/CSE from a premium college
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve ambitious targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software (a plus)
