As an HR Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation of the TFT Mexico branch office and act as the focal point of all sorts of communication for the Head Office
Strategic Alignment:
Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement an HR strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters such as employee relations, talent management, performance, and compensation.
Deliver comprehensive people services, ensuring alignment between people management and commercial strategies.
Recruitment and Hiring:
Identify and recruit qualified candidates for various roles across departments.
Collaborate with department managers during the interview and hiring process.
Payroll and General Administration:
Manage payroll, benefits, final amount settlement, etc.
Administer general day-to-day operations of the office premises and address any issues that may come up proactively
Employee Development and Retention:
Identify areas for employee improvement in collaboration with department heads.
Create and implement training strategies.
Employee Retention
Safety and Wellness:
Oversee employee safety and wellness initiatives.
Performance Management:
Facilitate periodic performance appraisals.
Assist with promotions within departments.
Contract Management:
Draft employee contracts before onboarding.
Onboarding and Integration:
Onboard new candidates and introduce them to the organization.
Policy Adherence:
Finalize the policy draft and contribute to it from time to time, with the best of industry knowledge
Ensure that the partners adhere to employment laws and regulations.
Equipment Coordination:
Collaborate with the IT department to manage office equipment. Ensure proper allocation, maintenance, and security of tech resources
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Proven experience in HR leadership roles
Strong business acumen and ability to influence strategic decisions
In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and Mexican laws
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
