Roles & Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, while working closely with R&D, product and
operational teams
• Answering users tickets, for both technical and administrative issues
• Assist users with system operation and configuration issues
• Provide feedback within the organization, about urgent issues that come up from our users
tickets
Must Have:
• At least 1 year of experience working in a technical position
• Excellent English
• Service oriented approach
• Ability to successfully troubleshoot software issues with both technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge in networking
Good to Have:
• Familiarity with Atlassian eco-system, Qlik
• Familiarity with Salesforce, AWS cloud technology, Kibana.
