About the Role:

We are seeking a high-caliber Demand Generation Specialist with expertise in lead generation for IT services and solutions companies in global markets like the US and Europe. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating quality leads through outbound strategies and helping drive revenue growth. This role requires inside sales expertise and the ability to work with limited overlap in the US timezone.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting.

3, Must work from the office in Gurgaon at least thrice a week; candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.

4. Experience with high-volume prospecting and appointment setting.

5. Proven expertise in generating leads from the US and European regions.

6. Prior experience in the IT Services industry (mid-sized IT firms preferred).

7. Strong knowledge of lead generation for key services, including Web & Mobile App Development, Testing, AI, IoT, DevOps, and RPA.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. proven track record of meeting lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
