1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting.
3, Must work from the office in Gurgaon at least thrice a week; candidates from Delhi NCR preferred.
4. Experience with high-volume prospecting and appointment setting.
5. Proven expertise in generating leads from the US and European regions.
6. Prior experience in the IT Services industry (mid-sized IT firms preferred).
7. Strong knowledge of lead generation for key services, including Web & Mobile App Development, Testing, AI, IoT, DevOps, and RPA.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. A proven track record of meeting lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
