What You’ll Do:
● Take ownership of all cloud development initiatives, focusing on Infrastructure as
Code (IaC) using tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.
● Collaborate with leadership and contribute to strategic planning sessions to align the
platform’s technical direction with business goals.
● Drive innovation within the DevOps team, proactively introducing new technologies and
automating processes.
● Optimize scalability and performance for a platform that supports over 750,000 users,
ensuring stability and security across the board.
● Mentor and inspire peers within a small but elite team, working closely with your Lead
DevOps Engineer and CTO.
About You:
● Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker and GitLab.
● Proven ability to build cloud-native systems from scratch, with a focus on automation
and minimizing manual processes.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling complex infrastructure
challenges.
● Experience aligning technical solutions with business objectives in a fast-growing
scale-up environment.
● A mindset focused on continuous improvement, security, and scalability.
