We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our global HR team and become a focal point for all India hiring needs.


Reporting to: Head of Global TA & HRBP

Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote

Offered CTC: upto 15 LPA


Responsibilities:

  • TA focal point: strategically source top talent, generate a positive candidate experience, and collaborate closely with global stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment practices.
  • Full-cycle recruitment management: take charge of the entire hiring lifecycle across multiple roles, from crafting precise job descriptions and formulating targeted interview questions tailored to each role's nuances, to orchestrating seamless interview processes. Additionally, adeptly negotiate final offers to secure successful candidate placements.
  • Pipeline generation: accountable for sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as social platforms, professional networks, referral programs, recruitment agencies, headhunters, job fairs and recruitment events, manage job postings on a variety of online platforms, 
  • Candidate Experience: foster relationships with potential candidates, maintain a strong pipeline of talents and generate a great candidate experience  


Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a talent acquisition professional in a global setting in a Hi-tech/Product-based company
  • Proven experience managing full cycle processes from sourcing to closing 
  • Expert in technical recruitment & talent acquisition for software development positions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity
  • Fast learner, Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented
  • Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking
  • Relevant academic degree
