We are looking for a skilled and proactive NOC Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in network and systems monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability and reliability of IT services, detecting and responding to issues proactively, and supporting infrastructure operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a NOC or IT support role
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, etc.)
Familiarity with Linux/Unix server environments
Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar
Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
