Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Manager – HRBP with 0–2 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing HR operations and processes, driving employee engagement, and supporting business functions through effective HR practices. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operational tasks including HRIS updates, employee records, and documentation to ensure seamless and compliant HR processes that support business continuity.

  • Execute structured onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring smooth transitions for new joiners and exiting employees while enhancing the overall employee experience.

  • Compile and validate employee data (attendance, leaves, compensation changes) to enable accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance team, minimizing discrepancies and delays.

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee concerns, investigating and resolving grievances in a timely, empathetic, and policy-aligned manner to foster a positive and respectful workplace culture.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement employer branding initiatives such as social media content, employee stories, and event participation that elevate TFT’s visibility and attract top talent.

  • Spearhead end-to-end execution of strategic HR projects (e.g., policy development, engagement programs, HR tech initiatives) aimed at improving employee satisfaction, process efficiency, or HR service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.

  • Good understanding of HR concepts, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS tools preferred).
