We are hiring an experienced and versatile customer-facing Project Manager to join the APAC project management team.
Reporting to: Project Management Team Leader, APAC
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall project lifecycle and ensuring customer satisfaction. Advocate customer needs/issues across AlgoSec’s-departments.
- Accountable for the end-to-end project life cycle in hybrid mode from presale until full production stage. Manage post-production activities.
- Assist Account teams in Presale scope definition to develop a professional statement of work (SoW) considering a wide range of aspects.
- Provides continuous direction to the project team, conduct status meetings, assesses proposed changes in scope, and recommends course of action to the project sponsor.
- Manage interaction between the customer, partners, and the internal project team to ensure appropriate relationships exist to produce positive project outcomes.
- Effectively serves as the primary point of contact between customers and AlgoSec product management, R & D, Account Managers, Regional Sales Engineers, Support Team, and Technical Engineers.

- At least 5 years of experience in managing technological projects, facing external global customers.
- Experience in simultaneously managing multiple large scale and complex projects (15-20+) involving partners, customers, and vendors.
- IT/Security background, specifically in firewall administration and configuration or working in large Cyber security environments – Preferred.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to work in ANZ time zone twice a week.
- Proactive, accountable, and demonstrating a great sense of urgency and ‘Can do’ approach.
- Operating well under pressure, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, result oriented, multitasking, independent, able to prioritize activities.
- Dynamic and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills - team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity.
- Performs well in a matrix management environment.
- Customer Service oriented, Identify & Resolve problems in early stages, Commercial view, and budget control.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel within APAC region (approximately 15%).
