Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead and execute strategic lead generation initiatives for our IT Services, Software Products and Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals, within global markets like the US and Europe. This role requires a deep understanding of outbound lead generation, inside sales, and revenue growth strategies, with the ability to work across time zones with limited overlap in the US.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, for IT services and solutions in the US and European markets
• Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies, leveraging email, LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling
• Lead the prospecting process using advanced sales and market research tools to identify and engage high-quality leads
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create personalized outreach strategies to improve lead engagement and conversion rates
• Present TFT’s comprehensive services to prospects, with an emphasis on tailoring solutions to their needs and pain points
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoff from lead generation to sales closure
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, ensuring up-to-date lead tracking and performance analytics
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in CS, IT or any engineering related field, MBA is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales
• Proven success in generating leads and closing deals in the US and European markets
• Strong expertise in outbound sales strategies, including high-volume prospecting and multi-channel lead generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office at least 3 days a week; candidates from Delhi NCR are required
